    About-Contact-Button

  • The earliest incarnation of what has become Rabren, Odom, Pierce & Hayes P.C. began with its founding on September 1, 1980, by CPA Bill Rabren, who was joined three years later by CPA and Certified Government Financial Manager Ken Odom. Their business partnership was formalized July 1, 1988.

CPA Melissa Pierce joined the firm in 1997, and holds a number of certifications including Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Gail Hayes, CPA, joined the firm in 1998 and also holds the Certification of Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).   In 2008 Melissa and Gail became partners in the firm.

Over time the practice has grown through the acquisition of a number of firms, by increasing its client base and adding new partners and support staff. ROPH holds memberships with prestigious industry organizations including the American Institute of CPAs, and the Alabama Society of CPAs and Florida Society of CPAs.

While we’ve each earned the education and experience to expertly work with financial data and regulatory matters, we know that it’s the human connections and personalized attention we give each customer and being able to listen to and fulfill their specific financial needs that really counts.

We’re also active members of the community, with former and present memberships in a variety of community and civic groups. We take pride each day in helping business and individual clients thrive and succeed.
