Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I choose your firm?

Some business owners have the time, ability and desire to compile and analyze their own profit and loss statements and other pertinent financial information. But whether you find you need a little assistance from time to time or more intensive help, we’re here for you.

It’s our job to keep up to date with ever-changing governmental regulations and we attend more than 40 hours of continuing professional education courses annually. If we don’t know the answer immediately, we know where to look and are diligent researchers and patient listeners when it comes to our clients’ needs and preferences.

How are your fees structured?

For clients with whom we regularly interact, we can determine reasonable monthly charges based on time, volume and complexity of work, or can work on a per-project basis, as when preparing an individual tax return.

I’ve had problems in the past with the IRS. Can you still help me?

Yes, we have helped clients who’ve experienced unresolved audit and taxation issues with the IRS and will help work with them on your behalf toward a resolution.

I’d like to work with your firm. What do I do next?

Call us at (334) 222-4101 to set up an introductory meeting with a partner. It’s good to bring in any past tax returns and any other data that can help us get to know you better as a client. We’ll discuss what financial services you need and your financial goals and challenges and can answer any questions. Typically this consultation is free and lasts up to an hour.
